If our jewelry is found to be defective which is highly unlikely, refer to the passage stated below.
We do not provide any refunds or exchanges for products purchased online on https://dagina.in/ or during any exhibitions or sale.

We strive to ensure that all of our products go through rigorous quality check for any defects, but few might rarely go unnoticed. If you come across any of those, please email us at getintouch@dagina.com as soon as you receive your order, and we will replace the same by the earliest.

We will repair damaged products up to a period of 4 months only from the date of purchase of product. Treating damage issues will differ from case to case depending on the product in need of repair.

If you find our products damaged or defective on receiving them, please note that you can send them back to us within 5 days only, from the day you received the products.

We take utmost care of our products while packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product and that it does not get damaged during transit.

Some of our products are crafted by hand and might slightly differ from piece to piece. These differences will not be considered as manufacturing defects. Also, when we use semi-precious stones, resins, enamel etc. they might have some irregularities and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.


We will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of the colours you observe when you see the products online, as the depth and resolution of each computer or mobile screen differs.


We have now started arranging orders via the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment.

However, as courier services charge us higher for such orders, we have added an extra charge of Rs. 200 as COD handling charges.
